Polishing incoming new version which should fix previous


Some major fixes which will be implemented.


-Fix of some wrong sprites;

-Fix of some incorrect teleported physic objects;

-Some MP fixes with broken virtual functions, cookie errors and other....

-A bit changed fort map.

Hey, first of all, thanks for the great mod.

- I've noticed that the 3D grass on the first level is not rendering when using the mod, is that a known issue?

- The FOV is not increased for 16:9, so you get a vert- image when playing in widescreen.

- Is it possible to keep the normal behavior of auto pickup ammo, like in the original game? I find it very annoying to have to press the use button to pick ammo.

- Any way to keep the original animations? What about the menu music, I couldn't change it back to the original one.

Hi, did you check all settings of the mod? There is FOV setting. About animations - that is not about FCAV mod, we got decision to change them - improve. You can put into: YourFCFolder/Mods/FCAV/Music/Menu any your own custom music/sounds, including original soundtrack, so yeah, you can.
About Grass issues, check what shaders you using, as another variant, try this one: Lighing fix shaders cache maybe this will helps and with a grass too. Also be sure you have nvidia videocard and playing it on Vulkan render, or if you have some troubles with Vulkan, you can disable it. It is located in OpenFC folder, named as d3d9.dll file.

Hey.

I can`t believe I hadn`t seen the FOV setting before, lol, thanks. About the menu music, it worked, thanks again. As for the missing grass sprites, my bad, it was a wrong setting, "min vegetation size" was set to 2.2 intead of 0.

What about the auto ammo pickup, any way to restore it for the single player?

We will try to make it a bit later.
