How to play Far Cry 1 Multiplayer ? | FCAV MOD | VIDEO GUIDE

Far Cry 1 Advanced Version. Includes 

Main goals of project are:

  • Fixing of all known issues of the game: sprites, lods, view of distance, FOV, WideScreen, incorrect weapon mechanics(missed reload empty and reload tactical, bolt system for sniper-rifle), bad multiplayer sync.
  • View distance and widescreen fixes via best solution.
  • Realisation of some new weapons and reanimate them in vanilla style.
  • Improving of original mesh of hands and all weapon animations in vanilla style(or a bit better).
  • Make protection for multiplayer from cheating.
  • More file control for map playing (sp & mp).
  • White list of players by CD keys in MP.
  • The basis is in the form of OpenFC.
  • Add multithreading for best speed of the game(optimization).
  • New cool modes for multiplayer, such as co-op and battle royale with survival(in high quality).
  • Fixing characters in multiplayer.
  • Improved speed of the whole game. A more convenient menu for server administrators.
  • Ability to make screenshots everywhere in the game (menu, game process, etc), except loading process.
  • New difficulty named "unreal"
  • Added challenger mode for speedrunners who trying to speedrun original campaign from start point to the end without deaths.
  • And many other convenient things that you will soon be able to appreciate.....
  • Add COOP and improve net-gaming in general as much as possible.

Install instructions

🔴 Installation(EASY AND FAST):

Launcher. -------> | Open FCAV_launcher.exe file, then install it right into your Far Cry 1 ROOT GAME FOLDER(IT IS NOT BIN32 folder!!!!!!!!!!! it is just outside far cry folder as it is where are other folders inside such as fcdata, bin32, shaders etc..) <------- |

Then open launcher with admin rights if your game located on system disk or it is from steam. Then launcher will automatically download the latest version of mod.

(?)Just in case check inside Launcher folder "Drivers" - it is by following path: Your Far Cry Folder\FCAV_launcher\Drivers <-------

Also, if you have that message: "To run this application, you must install .NET Core", it is exact those case when needed to check launcher folder for drivers(!), there we leaved inside it another folder with ".dot net" official Microsoft installer. You need to install this to correct work of launcher. If you do not trust for the installer and have some phobia :D - then we leaved link on same file from official Microsoft website...

🔴 If your game located at system disk, run the launcher via admins rights!

🔴 If your game crushes on starting or loading of the level, then you can delete `d3d9.dll` and `dxgi.dll` files out of OpenFC(which is located in root game folder) folder. This might help, if not - write here comments.

🔴 If you have some troubles with updating the mod out of launcher with issues like "Error of detecting" or "Error checking for FCAV updates", then try to download mod manually, check here: MANUAL INSTALLATION
