If you don't see the servers, then it can means some variants:

-You do not connected to the Radmin Network CHECK HERE or your radmin is not launched. Be sure you joined our radmin network and have radmin running

-Issues with internet connection

-Wrong FCAV version or its installation 

-It's not a good time to play and no one is running the server at those moment. For more info you can join Main and Basic Far Cry 1 Community: Far Cry 1 Discord to search for players.

Official servers(by mod developers) will shows anyway without RADMIN. If you have issues with ping on OFFICIAL SERVERS, try to connect without RADMIN. If you still can't play because of high ping, then we are sorry, you can try to create your own servers via RADMIN or join to other servers with less ping. Radmin intended for hosting servers not from developers.

If you would like to create your own in-game server, be sure you added Far Cry 1(Or Allow All Apps) in firewall exceptions in RADMIN. In some cases and for in windows firewall exceptions - should be allowed too: Check image 

Or click here "Allow All Apps", so it will gives you also launch other apps, for example dedicated server.

▷To make this, launch Far Cry first so it showed in radmin Firewall Exceptions partition.

Also, be sure windows firewall not blocking the game itself. And when you trying to search for the servers, check this window on the screen below:
